Dr. Qing Wang is now a Professor and Ph.D. supervisor in School of Computer Science, Northwestern Polytechnical University. He graduated from Department of Mathematics, Peking University, in 1991. He then joined Northwestern Polytechnical University. In 1997 and 2000 he obtained Master and Ph.D. degrees in Department of Computer Science, Northwestern Polytechnical University respectively. In 2006, he was awarded as outstanding talent program of new century by Ministry of Education, China. He is now a Senior Member of IEEE and a Member of ACM. He is also a Senior Member of China Computer Federation (CCF).
He worked as research assistant and research scientist in Department of Electronic and Information Engineering, Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 1999 to 2002. He also worked as a visiting scholar in School of Information Engineering, University of Sydney, Australia, from Nov. 2003 to May 2004. In 2009 and 2012, he visited Human Computer Interaction Institute, Carnegie Mellon University, for six months and Department of Computer Science, University of Delaware, for one month respectively.
Prof. Wang's research interests include image processing, computer vision and computational photography, such as 3D reconstruction, object detection, tracking and recognition in dynamic environment, light field imaging and procesing and so on. He has published more than 100 papers in the international journals and referred conferences.

I am a PhD student at Visual Computing Lab, Northwestern Polytechnical University, from fall 2010. I am working with Prof. Qing Wang on human recognition and social scene understanding. I am also working with Prof. Jianbo Shi in GRASP Lab, University of Pennsylvania.
Previously, I received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an, China in 2007. I received a Master degree in Computer Aided Technology from Capital Normal University, Beijing, China in 2010. From 2012 to 2014, I was a visiting student at GRASP Lab, University of Pennsylvania, working with Prof. Jianbo Shi.
Song Zhengxi received B.E. and M.E. degree at school of computer science, Northwestern Polytechnical University. She is now a Ph.D candidate of school of computer science, Northwestern Polytechnical University.
Hao Zhu received B.E. degree from School of Computer Science, Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2014. He is now a Ph.D candidate at School of Computer Science, Northwestern Polytechnical University. I got my BE degree from School of Computer Science in NWPU in 2013 and I'm a master candidate in this university now. I am interested in application of camera array of mobile devices - like phones or pads, and stitching light fields to compose a wide field of view. Hope to communicate with people who is interested in this field.
